Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Buy 10,000 today, send in six months or two years — same result. No dormant-account fees, no throttling.
When does a send use a credit?
One credit is used when an eligible message enters the external sending process. Unsubscribed, suppressed or ineligible recipients removed before sending use no credits. Later bounces or delivery outcomes do not return a used credit.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes — that's the default. Set up DKIM once and every email arrives with your identity, not ours.
